Amazing Pool Experience

The infinity pool at Tui Blue The Haven was absolutely stunning! It overlooked a tranquil lagoon with limestone rocks creating a picturesque backdrop. I loved spending time lounging on the sun loungers they provided and even got to enjoy some family time as they had a kids’ pool complete with a slide! It was perfect for relaxation and fun alike.

Perfect for Kids!

As a family, we appreciated the well-equipped children's playroom that had a foosball table, a Wii, and an array of board games. It kept my kids entertained during our stay, allowing us to enjoy some downtime. The petting farm and playground were also fantastic additions that made our experience truly good!

Great Food Options

Dining at the restaurant 'Cuisines' was a highlight of our stay. The BBQ on our second night was really good and well worth the price. Although the breakfast spread was standard, the dinner options offered a good variety, and we found the evening meal to be particularly delicious!

Spacious and Comforting

Our serviced apartment was great with plenty of bathrooms and living space. The full kitchen was a wonderful touch, complete with a water filter, fridge, coffee machine, and microwave. The apartment's layout made it easy for our family to enjoy our time together without feeling cramped. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

The hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable, super spacious, and had a good melancholy live band at night. The WiFi access was a plus, although the download speed could be improved. The hotel is huge, offering a great space for relaxation and enjoyment.

The service provided by the chef and the staff was excellent overall, despite some challenges in enforcing the swimsuit attire rule and WiFi setup issues.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, surrounded by cliffs and jungles, perfect for a relaxed stay and enjoyment of the scenery. However, there were concerns with flies in the dining area that affected the overall experience.
